Refund Policy
1) General rule: fees are non-refundable
Unless required by law or explicitly stated in this policy, all fees are non-refundable. This includes subscription fees, add-ons, setup fees (if any), and charges for partial billing periods.
2) Free trials
If you start a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Charges made after a trial are generally non-refundable unless required by law or covered by Section 5.
3) Subscription cancellations
- You can cancel through account settings (when available) or by contacting support via the website form.
- Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time unless required by law.
4) Plan changes (upgrades/downgrades)
Billing treatment for plan changes (immediate charge, proration, or effective date) is determined by the rules displayed in the Service at the time you change plans. Plan changes do not create a refund right for previous charges unless required by law.
5) Billing errors and unauthorized charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or suspect unauthorized use, contact us promptly through the support form with your account email and relevant invoice/receipt information. If we confirm an error occurred, we will correct it, which may include a refund or credit.
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while we investigate.
6) Refund eligibility (exceptions)
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis only in limited situations, such as a confirmed extended outage that prevented reasonable use, where you contacted support during the incident window and requested review within a reasonable time.
Any goodwill refund is discretionary and does not create future obligations.
7) Consumer rights (EU/France)
If you are a consumer located in the EU/France, you may have mandatory rights under applicable law. Where the right of withdrawal applies to digital services, it may be lost once performance begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgement. Where relevant, we present required legal information at checkout or activation.
8) How refunds are issued
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.
- Timing depends on your bank/payment provider processing.
- We may request additional information to verify account ownership and prevent fraud.
